WIFI connection failure：

1、Check if the distance of the WIFI router is too far from the circuit breaker;

2、Check the WIFI router name,you can not use Chinese,you can not use special symbols;

3、Check the position of the small red switch,and strictly follow the positive flow of this manual;

4、Check whether there are multiple strong WIFI souters in the environment,and temporarily shut down the unwanted routers;

5、Check if the WIFI router is 5G or 2.4G,The product is only support 2.4G;

6、Check whether there are too many devices connected to the WIFI router,Some routers have an upper limit on the number of access devices;

7、Check if the phone is connected to the internet,You need to connect your Phone to the local router to stay connected

8、When there is no abnormality turn off the WIFI router;Prepare another mobile phone,turn on the hotspot signal of the other mobile phone,And try to pair.if possible,evaluate the status of the WIFI router,or re-open the WIFI router to try again

9、Note:if the multi-pairing is unsuccessful and the purple indicator light is always in the slow flasing state,the folowing methods can be used:1)The device is displayed on the mobile APP but offline,and the device is delected and re-paired.2)Pairing with compatible mode,See the “compatible”mode,see the “Compatible mode pairing”method in this manual.
