The indicator light is not on.

• Check if it is down line,this product only supports upper line.
• Check the position of the pairing small dial switch,the paired small dial switch should be in the working position before the power is switched on
• Check the 220V voltage on the supply side
• Check that the zero line is connected to the N terminal as required.
• Cut off the power supply to the incoming end of the circuit breaker,Put the paired small dial code switch in the working position,turn on the electricity again,and try to indicate whether the light will be turned on or not.
